The venue for any suit brought with respect to or arising out of use of this Web site shall be in the City of Clearwater, Florida, USA or in the state or federal courts situated in Pinellas County, Florida, USA. The parties hereto hereby waive all objections, and they hereby consent to such jurisdiction and venue. In addition to any other rights or remedies available to Visit St. Pete/Clearwater, and without any liability to any user of FilmSPC.com, Visit St. Pete/Clearwater, in its sole discretion, may terminate or restrict any user's access to FilmSPC.com at any time and without notice.
